CGC Fine Arts features Carmen Gruskas Art Work. She paints on traditional canvas, but her style is distinctive and innovative in the world of art, as she embedds natural elements into her acrylic paintings. These elements bring a third dimension into her work and together with vivid paint colors they help her celebrating the many facets of creation and nature.
As an interior designer she has a strong desire to bring harmony and balance into the spaces she designs. Carmens paintings are all unique in their dynamism, flow, and brightness and are painted in an abstract style. Like each creation in nature, they belong to a bigger scheme and therefore are meant to add to the stability of the room they occupy, creating unique atmospheres.

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Carmen Gruska is a contemporary artist with her studio in the Capital of Canada, Ottawa.
Carmen was born in Wolfhagen, Germany, and grew up outside of Kassel in central Germany. With her love for the art and design, she has always been passionate about colors, forms, styles and rhythms and inspired by music and nature she started painting at a very young age.
Carmen received her engineering degree of interior architecture from the University of Applied Science Mainz/Germany.
Her studies included painting, ceramics, color theory, art history, interior and furniture designs.
Today, she works with clients in Europe and Canada to achieve vibrant living and working environments on various projects including, private residences, community centres, churches and commercial offices.
